Significant renal impairment; breast-feeding

  • Nausea/vomiting
  • Abdominal pain
  • ECG changes
  • Headache
  • Lethargy
  • Myalgia
  • Raised liver enzymes
  • Coughing and substernal pain
  • Anaphylaxis (rare)
  • Fever
  • Sweating
  • Flushing
  • Vertigo
  • Bleeding from nose or gum
  • Jaundice
  • Rash
  • Pain and thrombosis on intravenous administration, intramuscular injection also painful
